ONIGIRI SECRET REVEALED

We can now reveal that the secret to making perfect onigiri is to have a mold. 

After a couple of days hunting, we found one at the local hole-in-the-wall grocery store, and immediately invested Y150 (about $2 CDN) to get it.

And here is how it works:

Then fill the mold to overflowing, remove the indent buttons and get ready to press!
